Refund & Return Policy

At Buplyna, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium kitchen gadgets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, kitchen tools that have been used for food preparation cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact our support team at service@buplyna.com.

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (INSPECTION)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


4. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Buplyna will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns based on "change of mind" or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
