The Grace Period

Should you have a change of heart regarding your selection, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To uphold our rigorous hygiene protocols, returned items must be:

  • Unopened: In original, sealed packaging with all protective films intact.

  • Unused: In the same condition that you received it, without any signs of use or trial.

  • Documented: Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The Process

  1. Initiate: Please contact our concierge at service@buplyna.com with your order number.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 48 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping: Items must be securely packaged. Unless the return is due to a defect, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Restoration: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Damages & Considerations

  • Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please document with photos and contact us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
